The European Muslims League (EML) has officially launched its international outreach campaign for the Third Edition of “Kick War Away”, which will take place in Italy on 9–10 October 2026.
Official invitations have been sent to international organisations, governments, embassies and public institutions, inviting them to share a message of encouragement in support of this initiative dedicated to peace, dialogue and the younger generations.
The event will bring together children, students, families, local authorities, religious communities, volunteers, sports associations and representatives of civil society. Through a Peace March and a football tournament, participants will demonstrate that mutual respect, friendship and cooperation are stronger than hatred, violence and division.
A particularly meaningful aspect of this year’s edition will be the participation of Local Police teams, who will join the football tournament alongside the other participants. Their presence will send a powerful message of trust, civic responsibility and cooperation, demonstrating that public institutions play a fundamental role not only in ensuring public safety but also in promoting dialogue, respect and social cohesion. By sharing the field with young people, families and volunteers, Local Police officers will help strengthen the bond between institutions and the communities they serve.
The European Muslims League is not seeking financial contributions. Instead, it invites international organisations, diplomatic missions and public authorities to contribute something equally valuable: a message of hope for the young people taking part in the initiative.
Even a few words from an international organisation, an ambassador or a public institution can inspire a new generation to believe in peace, solidarity and mutual understanding.
“Kick War Away” is founded on the belief that peace is not built only through diplomacy or international conferences. It is also built in schools, on sports fields and within local communities, through education, dialogue and shared responsibility.
