An International Journey Dedicated to Conflict Prevention, Dialogue and Cooperation
INTRODUCTION
Over the years, Alfredo Maiolese has developed extensive international activity in diplomacy, cooperation, interreligious and intercultural dialogue, and conflict prevention.
His work has included international missions, conferences, meetings with representatives of governments and parliaments, religious authorities, international organizations, universities, associations and civil society, alongside significant public and media activity in Italy and abroad.
Within the World Organization of States – WOS-IPSP, an intergovernmental organization, and through the other institutional and associative responsibilities held over the years, Maiolese has focused a significant part of his activity on preventing religious and cultural tensions, countering extremism, promoting peace and building cooperation among institutions, communities and States.
Articles, interviews, institutional documents and audiovisual recordings make it possible to progressively reconstruct this journey through Italian and international sources.
