The European Muslims League continues its commitment to cultural and religious education through the work of its International Academy of Islamic Studies, headquartered in Paris.
The Academy was established with the aim of offering young people a serious and qualified framework in which to deepen their knowledge of the main disciplines of Sunni Islam, respecting the various juridical schools and addressing the challenges of contemporary society.

Through a structured program, the Academy offers courses on essential subjects such as Qur’anic studies, prophetic tradition, ethics, coexistence, and active citizenship. Special attention is dedicated to young women and men seeking balanced guidance, far from any form of extremism, rooted in knowledge, responsibility, and an enlightened understanding of their faith.

The Academy is led by Professor Abdel Rahim Belhoussain, Peace Ambassador of the European Muslims League, who has long devoted himself to youth education and to promoting an authentic Islam grounded in its spiritual and moral values.

The President of the European Muslims League, Ambassador Alfredo Maiolese, expressed his deep appreciation for the Academy’s work and extended his thanks to its Director:

I wish to thank Professor Belhoussain for his unwavering commitment and for the dedication with which he leads the Academy. His contribution strengthens our mission to promote an Islam of peace, knowledge, and social responsibility.

The International Academy of Islamic Studies will continue to expand its educational programs, with new initiatives designed for the youth and the wider community, thus confirming the role of the EML as a European platform for dialogue and cooperation.
